Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate English lessons aligned with CBSE guidelines. Create a vibrant and dynamic learning atmosphere that encourages student participation. Use innovative and creative teaching methodologies, including activity-based learning. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain records of student progress and classroom activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development. Participate in school events, training programs, and staff meetings. Requirements: Bachelor's / Master's degree in English or relevant discipline (B.Ed. if). Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum, preferably at the primary level. Strong command of English and excellent communication skills. Passion for early childhood education and development. Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools in the classroom.
